Headliner: NoviNews Mega Patch, and new languages

Just a few days ago, we pushed a new Mega Patch for Headliner: NoviNews! We added a new character and murder mystery side-quest – you can get to know Deputy Helene and help her solve the crime! We also added some new articles, a whole slew of quality-of-life improvements (like the much-requested Speech Bubble Speed slider), official Mac version, and experimental Linux version. If any Linux users want to check it out and let me know how it runs on your rigs, that’d be appreciated :)

We also added 3 new languages to the original HEADLINER (thanks to the kickass help of our community) – Korean, Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) and Spanish. This was the first time I translated any of my games. I didn’t expect much, so it was really encouraging to see the game get a lot more international traction than I initially anticipated :)

Lastly, we’re running a special Lunar New Year Sale – if you buy the new Headliner: NoviNews, you get the original one for free! I figure most of you already have one or both the games, so pass the news along to anyone who might be interested. Here’s the Sale Page.

As for what’s next… well, let’s just say Headliner might be soon playable on your favorite semi-portable Nintendo console >:D

Thanks for reading my blabbering! If there’s anything you’d like to add or ask about, feel free to reply to this email directly ^^

Such Appreciate. Very Thanks. Much Happy.
